TRINITA' CITY CENTRE

  • Check-in: starting at 15.00, subject to agreement with the host.
  • Check-out: by 11.00 noon on the day of the departure. Please, leave the keys on the of the kitchen, close the main door and send me a Whatsapp message.
  • Keys: you will be given the apartment keys in duplicate. 
  • The apartment is equipped with a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a washing machine with a top-up load. Furthermore in each bedroom there is TV 39 '' with integrated satellite decoder and remote control. 
  • Hot water and heating are supplied by the heate using methan gas. 
  • The kitchen is methane gas. 
  • Free and unlimited WiFi is available in every room of the apartment.
  • Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner, which can be activated by means of a special white remote control. Turn off the air conditioner every time you leave the apartment.
  • A city tax of € 2.00 per person per night was introduced by the municipality of Catania, excluding residents of Catania, children under the age of 16 and bus drivers for groups. 
  • On request, a receipt of payment has been issued.
  • Rubbish must be collected in the appropriate bins that you will find on the kitchen balcony, differentiating it by type. In the evening starting from 20.30 onwards, it is necessary to take the garbage bag of the type corresponding to the "waste sorting" calendar (found in the kitchen), and carry it underneath, out of the entrance door of the building, next to the door same.
  •  As the structure is for short-term tourist use, we remind you that by law the daily change of linen cannot be carried out, and breakfast cannot be served.
  • If, after redelivery of the apartment, the presence  of damage to the structure will be verified (wall construction, doors, windows, furniture, objects, home appliances), or in case of loss of parts or objects supplied to kit, a penalty of up to 200 euros will be applied by the host and possibly by the AirBnb manager.
  • The bus stop (lines 635, 932, 642, 902, 830) is right in front of the front door.
  • The Alibus bus stop (airport service for the  airport) is located along Via Vittorio Emanuele at the church of S. Placido.

  • Check-in: a partire dalle ore 15,00, previo accordo con l’host.
  • Check-out: entro le ore 11,00 del giorno della partenza. Lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo della cucina, chiudere la porta di ingresso e mandare un messaggio su Whatsapp per avvisare che avete lasciato la casa.
  • Chiavi: ti verranno consegnate le chiavi dell’appartamento, in duplice copia. 
  •  L’appartamento è dotato di forno a microonde, macchina del caffè e lavatrice con carica dall’alto. Inoltre in ogni camera da letto è disponibile una TV 39’’ con decoder satellitare integrato e telecomando.
  • Il riscaldamento e l’acqua calda sono fornite dalla caldaia a metano. Il termostato del riscaldamento si trova in corridoio, vicino alla cucina. 
  •  La cucina è a gas metano. 
  • Il WiFi illimitato e gratuito è disponibile in ogni ambiente dell’appartamento.
  •  In ogni camera da letto è in dotazione un climatizzatore, che si può attivare mediante apposito telecomando bianco. Spegnere il climatizzatore ogni volta che si esce fuori dall’appartamento. 
  •  E’ stata introdotta dal comune di Catania una tassa di soggiorno di € 2,00 per persona per notte, esclusi residenti a Catania, bambini/ragazzi di età inferiore a 16 anni e autisti di autobus di gruppi. 
  • La spazzatura deve essere raccolta negli appositi bidoni che troverete nel balcone della cucina, differenziandola per tipologia. La sera a partire dalle 20,30 in poi, occorre prendere il sacco della spazzatura della tipologia corrispondente al calendario “waste sorting” (si trova in cucina), e portarlo sotto, fuori dal portone di ingresso del palazzo, accanto al portone stesso. 
  •  Su richiesta, viene rilasciata ricevuta dell’avvenuto pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. 
  • Poiché la struttura è di tipo ad uso turistico breve, si ricorda che per legge non può essere effettuato il cambio giornaliero della biancheria, e non può essere servita la colazione. 
  • Se in seguito alla riconsegna dell’appartamento verrà verificata la presenza di danni alla struttura (pittura muraria, porte, vetri, mobili, oggetti, elettrodomestici), oppure in caso di smarrimento di parti o di oggetti forniti a corredo, verrà applicata dall’host ed eventualmente dal gestore di AirBnb una penale fino a 200 euro.  
  • La fermata dei bus (linee 635, 932, 642, 902, 830) si trova proprio di fronte al portone di casa. 
  •  La fermata del bus Alibus (servizio economico navetta/bus per l’aeroporto) si trova lungo via Vittorio Emanuele in corrispondenza della chiesa di S. Placido.
