In the city centre of Catania, a modern apartment totally renovated in the heart of the historic center, on the charming Via Vitt Emanuele and right next to the beautiful church S.S. Trinity and the Benedettiini monastery. The apartment has 3 large rooms with double bed, air conditioning, TV 39 '', each with large balcony with panoramic views, two large bathrooms with shower, modern kitchen with table for 6 seats, coffee machine and microwave oven, convenient storage room, washing machine, fast and free wifi.

The place

The apartment, located on the 1st floor in a quiet place, overlooks the main Via Vittorio Emanuele, right in the heart of the historic center, with the possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets or possibility of renting a garage for a large car. The apartment is well served by public transport (just under the house there is the stop of the 5 main bus lines serving the center of Catania) and with a pleasant walk of just 5 minutes you will be at the main tourist destinations, the area historical with the greek-roman theater, the norman castle and the baroque churches and very close to the cathedral and the via Etnea and to the famous area of ​​nightlife in Catania with its restaurants, pubs and trattorias and typical Sicilian culinary specialties.

L'appartamento, situato al 1°piano ascensorato in luogo tranquillo al centro di Catania, si affaccia sulla principale via Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel cuore del centro storico, con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vie limitrofe o possibilità di affito garage per un'auto di grossa cilindrata. L'appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici  (proprio sotto casa c'è la fermata delle 5 principali linee di bus che servono il centro di Catania) e con una piacevole passeggiata di appena 5 minuti vi troverete presso le principali mete turistiche, la zona storica con il teatro greco-romano, il castello normanno e le chiese barocche e vicinissimo al duomo e alla via Etnea e alla famosa zona della movida catanese con i suoi ristoranti, pub e trattorie e le tipiche specialità culinarie siciliane.
